SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

We here at Wholphin are few, but fervent viewers. We take both your work and ours very seriously, and although we are sure to see every single submission that comes our way, it does take some time. Therefore, we ask that you have some patience with us as we dedicate our attention to the creations you've set before us. We'd be truly grateful if you would observe the following guidelines:

1. CONTENT:
Please Do Not Send Us: illegal things.
Please Do Send Us: short films, music videos, investigative-science segments, guest lectures, sketches, unfinished films, or other films that deserve to be seen but may not have been seen elsewhere.

2. FORMAT:
Preferably, you will send your material on DVD.
Sidenote: Please don't send us the only copy of your film because that's way too much pressure.

3. LENGTH:
If it fits on a DVD it is eligible.

4. COVER LETTER:
We'll need to know whether or not you have secured the commercial-distribution rights for the piece, and further, please state "Yes" or "No" as to whether the piece has any unresolved legal-clearance problems for commercial distribution, including SAG fees, music-clearance issues, trademarks/logos/copyrights, etc.

5. YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION:
Ideally, will appear on the submission disc itself, as well as in your cover letter. Please include your name, address, email address and phone number.

6. DVD AND/OR WEBSITE:
Please be sure to specify when submitting your work whether you would like to be considered for placement on the DVD, the website, or both.
